United States DoT's Aviation Consumer Protection Division (opens a new window). This is the complaint-handling and enforcement body for alleged infringements of DoT 14 CFR Part 382. Complaints can be filed about alleged violations on all domestic flights within the U.S.A. and its territories and all flights from and to the U.S.A. and its territories, irrespectively of the nationality of the air carrier. All air carriers operating flights from and to the U.S. must comply with DoT 14 CFR Part 382.
